Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process

3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may open only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed and winnings may be forfeited. Members of the same household may open separate accounts, but must do so under their own distinct identities.

4.2 Limits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method)
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
- Standard withdrawals take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process
4.3 Transaction Verification
For large withdrawal amounts, suvo9 may request additional information for identity verification. If no betting activity is recorded within a set period from the deposit date, the deposit may be returned via the original payment method. suvo9 reserves the right to suspend any payment at any time if a fraudulent transaction is suspected.
Please note: The account holder must use a mobile banking account registered in their own name. Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are not permitted.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
- Deposit ৳10,000 or more → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳15,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, providing false information, or placing offsetting bets (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
5.4 Other Promotions
Separate terms may apply to other promotional offers from suvo9, such as cashback and reload bonuses. Each offer has its own validity period and wagering requirements, which are clearly stated at the time the offer is announced.
